Surf Smart (SS) –
A land based surf education program that provides basic information and tips about the beach, beach hazards and beach safety. This is a fun interactive short course that runs for between 20mins and 1hour.
This program is suitable for all ages with course material adapted to the needs of each group.
Learning Outcomes: -
On completion of the course participants should be able to:
- Understand beach dangers
- Identify the Surf Safety Tips
- Understand self survival
- Recognise beach signs
- Identify a lifesaver

Participation Numbers & Costs
Up to 50 participants $5 per student
Over 50 participants $4 per student
Minimum 25 students

At school or as part of a beach safety walk
